Dear Residents,

As you area aware that the builder M/s Runwal Constructions has defaulted on all the issues which we have raised.

Kindly find the landmark judgement of the National Consumer Forum where Unitech  has to pay for the delayed possession @ 12% and if new timelines not met then @ Rs 18%.

We have asked M/s RC to resolve all issues before our AGM and in case they do not do so we shall have no alternative but to seek legal redressal for which we shall seek your consent in the AGM  being planned in end June’15.

Sanjeeva Singh

Chairman, RPCCHSL.
