I've contacted CSP, and I haven't got a response yet. I brought CSP two days ago but I still haven't gotten the email with the serial code, I didn't have an account at the time because I didn't realise it was important. I've now got an account but I still can't use CSP pro? The money has been taken out of my bank, but I haven't received an email yet. I'm honestly really distressed about this. Any advice or help would be appreciated.

Hi, artists! I want to get CSP Pro for a few friends, but I've never used this program and don't know how the product registration works. When I buy the pro version, do I get a code that I can send to a friend?

When I open clip studio paint and go to the drop down menu to "review/change plan," instead of coming up with the box to enter my serial code, it just tells me I don't have one and closes down.
