Hey Scott-

Nice job getting things launched!

A few questions/comments?
1) Should we tweet about it being ready now?
2) Should we put a "beta" tag on the site somewhere?
3) Should we make the pearfarm package "beta" status?
4) The front-page instructions don't work due to alpha status:

> Failed to download pearfarm/pearfarm within preferred state "beta",
> latest release is version 0.1.3, stability "alpha", use "channel://
> pearfarm.pearfarm.org/pearfarm-0.1.3" to install

They should be updated to say "pear install pearfarm/pearfarm-
alpha" (or beta).

5) Anything else we should know?

It's no rush. I think the really early people can figure that out.

I donno the pear error seems straight forward.
