Nice job getting things launched!
A few questions/comments?
1) Should we tweet about it being ready now?
2) Should we put a "beta" tag on the site somewhere?
3) Should we make the pearfarm package "beta" status?
4) The front-page instructions don't work due to alpha status:

They should be updated to say "pear install pearfarm/pearfarm-
alpha" (or beta).
