Just fork http://github.com/jetviper21/pearfarm_channel_server and put
them in app/view/help/markdown
make sure they have a .markdown extension or they will be ignored
So fare i have a spec.markdown that needs into put in about the
pearfarm.spec format
We also need things on like how to add someones channel and how to
install / remove / delete / update etc

As for adding channels, I think we should tell people to:
pear config-set auto_discover 1
pear install channel.com/package
