QScore in Peaks 5.1 Quantification

Does anybody have any idea how QScore is calculated, and what
constitutes a good versus a poor QScore result and why?

Hi Andrew,

The QScore is a raw score. It is used to compare results within a
single quantification run. A higher QScore equals a more confident
result. Currently, it can only be used to compare results within a
single result file.
