Hi,
A few of you have contacted me wrt loading RAW masslynx data. There's
a new version of Masslynx out (version 4.1) which changed the API for
reading the RAW data. So if you get the new version, make sure and
download a new 'wolf.exe'. I've put it up on our web:
http://www.bioinfor.com/products/peaks/support/watersmicromass.php

Wolf is made by the sashimi project. It is open source software. The
PEAKS team occasionally contributes.

Reminder: using RAW data has many advantages, not the least of which
is that you can use PEAKS very rigorous algorithms to preprocess the
data. It's a commonly overlooked step, but if done poorly it affects
all downstream analysis... so please let PEAKS do it! Retention time
information is always available for raw data, as is the survey scan --
and PEAKS can do more if it has access to this info.
