USE RELIGION TO EVOLVE SPIRITUALLY

Recent episode of secondary immigration check of popular Bollyhood
actor in USA has thrown many possibilities. One such theory going
round is that it was stage-managed to get maximum publicity of his
upcoming film having similar plot in it. In other words, he has
misused his religion to promote his business interest. Be it true or
false. The message to us is as follows:
Many of us want to exploit our religion purely for expanding our
business and social networks. Our acts of donation, giving lectures
and networking with hidden agenda of promoting one’s ego or name or
fame or business go by maya shalya. One must introspect and others
must give keep a close watch of such events. We must use our other two
resources namely business and social network to promote religion and
spirituality. This is real marga prabhavana.
This is my humble suggestion on this sacred day of Paryushan.
