Hi Bob,

One of my nieghbors said there was a kid with a knife throwing it at fence and also I noticed carve marks in all picnic tables and in two benches, also benches have loose legs, the two outside benches.

Just letting you know.

Hi Bob,

Ozzy friedas saw the child ,Ozzy lives next to Frank, He's the son of the older couple.
Ozzy say's the kid lives at whitmarsh apts.

This child is not a teen maybe 7 or 8 yrs old.
