PoP meeting this MONDAY!

[Peace over Prejudice]

Hello all!

First of all, we would like to thank everyone who was able to make it out to our peace-themed open mic at (Scene) Metrospace last Wednesday-it was a big success, with the event being covered in the State News and Spartanedge.com! 

On another note, PoP's next meeting is THIS MONDAY, Nov. 22nd, from 7-7:45 PM in the Main Lobby of the MSU Union (we will have a sign).  At this meeting, we will be brainstorming themes for the workshop that PoP will be hosting at the MLK Student Leadership Conference (Jan. 15th) on campus.  Following this meeting, at 8PM, there will be a Tunnel of Oppression planning meeting (also in the Main Lobby of the MSU Union).  The Tunnel of Oppression is an interactive event in which the audience witnesses various forms of oppression firsthand in order to raise awareness of the prejudices existing in society today.
