We are just leaving our house in the care of our niece for
the 2+ years that we will be gone. However, I am impressed
with the networking available that we had 4 solid couples
very willing to take over the house while we were gone. My
suggestion is to network locally at businesses you frequent,
organizations you are a part of and let folks know you are
headed out and do they know anyone. Teachers, nurses and
firefighters tend to not make much money and are looking for
a 'leg up' hence will treat your property more gently.

if you like, you can email me for more details.
