Subject: Fwd: Getting the word out about this Wednesday's Immigration
Forum at Freedom Center

As many of you know, the Dream Act is possibly up for a vote on this
week. We are prayerfully considering a short prayer vigil on Wednesday
at 6 PM outside the Freedom Center to support the Dream Act. What are
your thoughts on this type of a gathering? Would you be able to
participate? Would you be able to spread the word should we decide to
do this?

Also, we have our 7 PM monthly meeting at UCC this Thursday.

Thanks,

Troy

Subject: Getting the word out about this Wednesday's Immigration Forum
at Freedom Center

Friends,

From 7 - 8:30 PM this Wednesday, in celebration of Hispanic Heritage
Month, BRIDGES for Just Community and the Freedom Center will present
Immigration 2010: America at the Crossroads. The forum will be held in
the Harriet Tubman Theater at the National Underground Railroad
Freedom Center and will give the attendees an opportunity to learn
more about the complex nature of immigration in the Cincinnati region
and around the country. The forum will represent a range of voices in
the immigration debate including perspectives from faith, law
enforcement, and labor communities throughout the Greater Cincinnati
and Northern Kentucky areas. Dan Hurley is serving as moderator. The
event is free and open to the public.

See the attached flyer. (go to Files on right sidebar and see
Immigration)

Please spread the word! THANK YOU!

Chip
