India is going to ratify a treaty 38 years after its former prime minister Indira Gandhi signed it with Bangabandhu Sheikh Mujibur Rahman in 1974 to settle border disputes, the home minister has said, reports bdnews24.com. Shahara Khatun in a report at Monday's cabinet meeting said New Delhi also assured Dhaka of handing over Mujib murder convicts captain Majed and Risalder Moslehuddin, now hiding in that country, to serve their sentences…
