Looks like we've got a number of new members, that's great to see.
With April's event coming soon and pretty much set agenga-wise (more
details coming on the wiki soon), I thought it would be a good idea to
start planning future events. For May, June, July, etc., think about
what you'd like to see.

Personally, I like a two hour event with an hour for social and an hour
for either a couple of demos (up to 30 minutes each), a presentation
(technology or entreprenpreneurial related), or panel discussion. If
you're interested in demoing, giving a presentation, or have a hot
topic to discuss, leave a note here or email.

Here's one thing I'd like to talk on, someday, is the gist of this post
here:

http://needmoredesigns.com/notes/297/business-tip-run-rails-at-home

Basically, about how useful we've found it to run a simple web
application server internally with a number of applications, and how
you can set something like this up in a half hour or less for your
business. Best of all, if you don't like the application itself it's
really really easy to tweak it, and as you learn from doing that, you
could parlay your knowledge into public product releases. Something
like that!

Sounds like a good topic Ray. I'd suggest adding a comparison to doing
something like that vs. using a JotSpot or Dabble type application
where you can run something in a hosted environment.

We should get a page going for topic ideas.

Definitely, Ryan. Good suggestion.
