Workout:
Today we will be doing 3 X 2 Laps on the Fairmount loop.
The goal is Zone 4 Threshold effort for all of these laps. The recovery is 2 min after each set of 2 Laps.
Road Bikes are best, but a tri bike is just fine as well.
