Hey Folks. Just a reminder that on Feb 9th and 10th Steelhead will be hosting a swim clinic at Columbia Pool. This clinic is geared toward those individuals who need help creating that elevated level of efficiency necessary for comfortable or faster swim this tri season. It's packed full of fun drills and also includes an underwater video analysis post clinic. Hope to see some of you guys there.
