[JOB] Part Time Paid Apprenticeship Program for Junior Ruby Developers

Hi All,

I'm organizing a 10-week paid (not a lot) Ruby apprenticeship program at my company https://heatspring.com/ and I'm looking for 3 junior / entry level Ruby developers local to the Portland area. The quick summary is it's a Rails 6 app on Heroku that I've been working on for ~10 years and I'm currently adding in Stimulus, Hotwire and TailwindCSS. I'd like to have some help and I think this could be a great learning opportunity for some junior folks. I'm looking for 3 people for 10/hrs/week for 10 weeks, compensation is $15/hr.
