Thoughts on migrating to groups.io ?

I've been interacting with another language community via Groups.io and I'm really impressed. It's the email group platform I wished I had built.

Google Groups works, and works well enough, but no one is excited to use it. I'm curious if anyone has any thoughts on migrating? I think we could utilize some of the features to help automate meeting announcements, etc.
