RailsBridge announcement at the Jan 6th Ruby Brigade Meet Up

Howdy Y'all,

I'm not exactly sure who makes the schedule for Ruby Brigade Meetups, but I would like to make a small (~3 minute) announcement regarding RailsBridge PDX. We had a great first workshop and we will be planning another for early spring, and I'd like to just say a few words about that. It can be right at the beginning if that's easiest.
