Basics of Ruby

Hello , 

I am new to Ruby programming.

Do any of you know , if Ruby basics class is held somewhere in Portland.

I looked in PCC and Portland State university .. They are not offering any Basic Ruby course in Summer :(.

Not that I know of - Portland Code School has a couple intro classes
for HTML/CSS/JavaScript, and we have a class on JavaScript and Ruby.
There used to be some regular meetups for beginner Rubyists; we're
going to try to revive that in a month or two. In the meantime, here
