Meetup tonight at Bailey's, not AppFog

Hello everyone,

I decided that since we don't have a speaker for this month's PDX PHP meetup, it might be best to hold it at Bailey's Taproom and make it more of a relaxed, conversation-driven outing. Same time (6:30 pm), just at a different place. I'll try and show up early and snag the corner table.
