Hey all.

An iPhone app I've been involved with for the last 6 months is nearing launch.

Weet Woo! is the best way of discovering and watching kid-appropriate, educational, and curated YouTube video. We've focused hard on making it incredibly intuitive and visual, usable by kids, and generally a very iPhone-like experience.

You can see a demo video here: http://bit.ly/4HhSjP

I would love to hear any feedback and critique from all y'all.

If you're interested in future news you can follow @weetwookids on Twitter and/or fan weetwoo on facebook at http://www.facebook.com/weetwoo, and if you want to help support our entry in the appsfire appstar contest (they're choosing finalists RIGHT NOW) a tweet mentioning WeetWoo! and #appstar wouldn't hurt.

Thanks, looking forward to hearing from you all.

Jonathan,

Congratulations on your upcoming launch.  It looks like a great product, and, as a parent, I like the idea.  My only suggestion would be to heavily leverage the "Screened by Parents" aspect, (mention this on your opening splash screen as a way to reinforce the positive mindshare associated with your brand and product) go after some family web site/magazine/blog praises and get ready to start marketing as much as you can to get noticed.

Knock 'em dead!
