Van Idea?

So someone named Jack just joined the mailing list, mentioning a "van idea"...  what van idea is this?

I'll let Richard give full details, but it's essentially a modification of what he was doing with his crazy party van in Phoenix, but driving around and doing mobile hacker labs etc out of his van.  He mentioned it in the thread about the Beaverton hackerspace ideas, and was talking about it some more last Thursday.

I have some ideas involving a 20ft cargo trailer for a mobile situation.

There are a few members that seem willing to put time into the van plan, but it'd be nice to work closely with you. I may have much more access to the bred van then expected. Jim is sold on the idea and wants to run with it. Jim is the mechanic that showed up last week with the 20ft bred van. I trust him, we have been working together sense 2009. We could make this happen soon.

Wow. Thanks for the link, that offers some perspective. They have a sweet node map on there wiki too. I'm thinking mobile WiFi node :)
