Router cart, moved hand drivers

This should work for now. The casters are really a bad choice for this cart so be careful when you move it. I think maybe common fasteners would go in the bottom?

I upgraded the casters (still not the best but safer I think) and moved all of the wood screws into the planer cart.  There is a little room for weights in the back and I will add them when I find something that fits.
