WSU Extension will host Beef, Lamb, and Pork courses in Sumner, WA this summer. The short courses are designed for beginning farmers but are also an excellent energizer for experienced food animal producers to expandopportunities and sustainability of their current livestock operation.

The BEEF 100 course will be offered July 22, and the LAMB 100 and PORK 100 courses will be offered on July 23, 2011 at Sumner High School.
The registration fee for WSU BEEF, LAMB or Pork 100 is $65 per participant, which covers lunch, materials, and notebook. Registration for individuals or farms that would like to attend two classes, same species or different, is $100. Registration after July 9, will increase to $75 per person per class.
