I am glad we have this email list, let's not scare all the Portland
fermenters away!

Also, did anyone attend the fermentation events that happened here a
few weeks ago. I heard that Sandor Katz spoke.

Done. My spam filters caught those emails, so I missed this list. Sorry folks!

Yeah, I was there, but it was crazy packed, so I left. The ghost pickles by Picklopolis were tasty.
