Group Information
We have a 35-40 minute meditation - guided or silent depending on the pulse of the group each week. We then have a Dhamma talk or reading and discussion. There is also time to share/discuss practice stuff or other desired topics.
Hello dear sangha
Wonderful discussion last week, it felt so very needed. This week we are going to have an open topic-I may bring something for us to read-or maybe you all want to bring something to read and discuss. Regardless, we will play it by or-we may discuss a chant or two having to do with recent topics.
Sending you all love and solidarity,
heather

I created a form that people can use any time to offer feedback for the group, and propose topics if you don't feel like doing so during the group. That form is here. I will just leave it open for the foreseeable future.
