Group Information
We have a 35-40 minute meditation - guided or silent depending on the pulse of the group each week. We then have a Dhamma talk or reading and discussion. There is also time to share/discuss practice stuff or other desired topics.
Hey sweet sangha,
Another lovely conversation last week, tomorrow we will continue our discussion of what it means to be present with action and maintaining strength. Looking forward to seeing those of you who are able to make it tomorrow. Sending love and solidarity forever.
Here is the reading for this week

I created a form that people can use any time to offer feedback for the group, and propose topics if you don't feel like doing so during the group. That form is here. I will just leave it open for the foreseeable future.
