Group Information
We have a 35-40 minute meditation - guided or silent depending on the pulse of the group each week. We then have a Dhamma talk or reading and discussion. There is also time to share/discuss practice stuff or other desired topics.
Hello dear sangha,
Thank you to you all for taking over the second portion of last week's meeting when I wasn't feeling well! I am bummed to have missed the discussion, but let's continue it this week. This we will talk about the process by which imperialism has creeped its way into Buddhist circles and we can talk about how we get back to the roots of true cultivation-and ways in which we can notice if these patterns start to come up for us. Next week I will be on retreat and you all will have the wonderful Emily leading group. You all are going to start a study of the Brahmaviharas. I will be sending you all merit from my cushion from Birken. Really looking forward to seeing those of you who are able to be there tomorrow-much love and solidarity _/\_

I created a form that people can use any time to offer feedback for the group, and propose topics if you don't feel like doing so during the group. That form is here. I will just leave it open for the foreseeable future.
