Rose City Rebel Dhamma: Wednesdays from 7:00-pm-9:00pm Pacific Time

To join the sangha go here: https://zoom.us/j/495784942 (it will be the same link every week)

Group Information

We have a 35-40 minute meditation - guided or silent depending on the pulse of the group each week. We then have a Dhamma talk or reading and discussion. There is also time to share/discuss practice stuff or other desired topics.

Hey dear sangha,

Lovely discussion last week about feelings, this week we are going to talk about so-called dark emotions like grief and depression. It will be interesting to see where the discussion takes us, as I know there are many of us deep in this work. Sending you all love and solidarity, see those of you who can make it tomorrow.

If you have any questions, don't hesitate to contact me in response to this email

I created a form that people can use any time to offer feedback for the group, and propose topics if you don't feel like doing so during the group. That form is here. I will just leave it open for the foreseeable future.
