Group Information

We have a 35-40 minute meditation - guided or silent depending on the pulse of the group each week. We then have a Dhamma talk or reading and discussion. There is also time to share/discuss practice stuff or other desired topics.

Hey sweet sangha,

Thank you for the discussion last week, it was lovely to delve into an exploration of different types of freedom as discussed in Timothy Snyder's book On Freedom. We will continue to reflect on the differences and similarities to the Buddha's teachings on liberation. Looking forward to continuing discussing this together.

Lastly, I am looking into transferring this Google group to a more secure platform in the new year-if anyone has anything they have used recently, I would be open to ideas (I have a few ideas of my own, but would love to hear others)!

You may just respond to this email.

Love and Solidarity

I created a form that people can use any time to offer feedback for the group, and propose topics if you don't feel like doing so during the group. That form is here. I will just leave it open for the foreseeable future.
