Public-sector-ish jobs?

Howdy!
Haven't been able to make it to meetings lately since I've been in DC
with the US Digital Service.
I'm a fan of healthcare, renewable energy (and electricity in general)
and good government through effective use of IT.
I've started looking for sysadmin-y work back in Portland again, and I'm
wondering if anyone's heard of any mid-level or senior positions in
government, health, energy or vaguely do-goodish sectors.

I saw that Renew Financial and WebMD are hiring, but I don't know much
about the latter.

Also, the USDS wants you, if you are willing to move to Washington DC
for a year or two. It's a mind-blowing experience. And they pay pretty
well.
