online composition review tool

Do you use an online tool for reviewing compositions with clients?
It'd be nice to have something that could project a PDF and support
doodling on it during the review.

Scratch that one limitation: 
You can save the session at any time in png format with a single button click. nice!

Doing a quick search it seems that http://www.twiddla.com/ would be an acceptable workaround.

The only limitation I'm seeing is that the session has to be live.

But to really answer your question: no, I don't use a tool like this, but probably will in the future.
