“Chef” & “Go” experience (Puppet/Jenkins/Team City are comparable)

DevOps experience

AWS experience (Rackspace/Google/pick your favorite cloud option)

UNIX Sys Admin (we play with Centos/RHEL though all flavors of UNIX are somewhat similar)
