Hello, weary friends…

January was a long year, wasn’t it? No matter where you’ve been the last number of weeks, I have found that it’s been helpful - and important - to come back to square one for a moment or two: your people, your friends, and while we’re at it, a good pint spent with them.

So for February’s First Thursday get-together, we will be returning to where it all began…

“But Ian,” you ask, “Wasn’t the first First Thursday at Grand Fir in March of last year?”

While technically yes, this is true, the idea for First Thursday was hatched amongst four fellow PBCers over beers at Proper Pint in February of last year, when we decided we wanted to make this activity a regular thing and make sure that everyone else was invited to truly enjoy beer outside of just getting feedback at our meetings, while spending money at our local establishments during difficult times in the industry, and tasting all of the wonderful art they are creating right outside our front door.

And so we return to Proper Pint!
