Hi All,

It's that time again! This Thursday, 7/17 6:30 PM at Westmoreland Park.

As usual, there will be an ExBeeriment at 6:30 followed by the regular meeting afterwards. Feel free to bring something you are working on, at least a 22oz or maybe 2 if you are feeling generous.

Bring yourself and bring a friend! Bringing beer/cider/mead/ancient rice based thing you found in a scroll is not a requirement.

Thank you all who judged, stewarded and submitted to the Your Honey or Your Life competition. It took a little while to get through but it was successful.

Agenda:
* Congrats to those recent winners!
* Quick note about upcoming comps
* MXPDX is this weekend
* Tarn will not be attending but quick shoutout for brewing her BOS Saison w/Ladd & Lass yesterday. If it's ready in time, he may be sharing it at Brewing Bridges, which is Aug 2nd.

See you soon!

Unless it's super strong, I really think we're getting to the point where we need at least 1000ml of any given beverage. Loving these big turnouts, but we really need people to bring three 12 oz bottles or two 500ml/22oz/750ml bottles in order for everyone to get to try your lovely bevvy.

Every time I bring a 32oz. growler (~950 mL), there is leftover beer in it afterward. It's a good amount to feel safe. 750 mL is probably fine if you need to be sparing because its precious or needed for competition or something.

This is true - when I open two 750s, there is always some left. But when I open two 500mls, they are mostly gone. Not to mention people at the end of the line of a bottle conditioned beer are just getting the dregs - so having more than necessary is nice for those especially.

3/16 bakers dozen hogsheads would be an appropriate place to start

Can someone send a pin again? Actually, a screenshot of a map might be better. Hoping there’s shade at the spot! 🥵

By the basketball court. A couple picnic tables with decent tree cover.
