Yes, YOU can own an exciting piece of computing history, for the price
of gas to West Linn!

This machine was working when removed from service about ten years ago,
but I am cleaning out the garage, and am not patient enough to get it to
boot today.

It is intermittant -- flashes the boot monitor screen, then some
horizontal bars, then goes back to the boot screen. Some cleaning and
re-seating connectors is probably all it takes.

It includes the disk drive cabinet with floppy tape drive, and probably
an 80MB Maxtor. I can probably find a bunch of tapes for it, as well.

When working, this runs UTek, a BSD Unix variant, which should be
installed on the disk. It includes the MINIROOT floppies. It was an
engineering prototype, but a clean one. Tek gave these to team members
when the project shipped, and I used it as a home mail server for years.

If no one claims it this weekend, it's going in the trash.

Call Jan at 503.635.3229 to SAVE this wonderful piece of history from
the dust bin!
