Videos to download?

I'm trying out 3 mbps Comcast cable internet that actually reaches
the rated 3 mbps at times.

I'd like pointers to web or FTP sites with legacy music videos
from Cab Calloway, Betty Boop cartoons, etc.

You might look at http://speedtest.dslreports.com, which is less
interesting than actually downloading something nontrivial, but has
the advantage of giving you an actual number (take it for what it's
worth).
