Are partners in an online business practical?

I am pondering the idea of trying to start an online business to generate a
little extra money. I know that partners are not always the way to go but
in this case, I am thinking it would be a good way to have a second or maybe
even a third opinion on marketing ideas. I have made money on ebay in the
past by going to garage sales and selling the stuff online but now I am
thinking about an online store maybe. Anyone have any experience in this
area? I am pretty good on the computer and already have a paypal account
so all that is left is some ideas on what to sell, a web site and a little
time and money. Any feedback on drop shippers, wholesalers, overstocked
