Dear Ray,
I am sending you a copy of my allocution statement. I made it at
my sentencing hearing.
Yesterday I received a letter from Ed. He doesn't say how he is
or what is happening to him. He is still fighting the good fight. His
address is:

My name is Elaine Alice of the family Brown, spelled in upper and
lower case, a living, sentient, flesh-and-blood, sovereign woman,
created by God, the Secured Party, Creditor for the defendant ELAINE
BROWN, a legal fiction, for which I am neither the surety nor the
accomodation party, and am thus held here unlawfully and by misnomer.
My husband and I started our journey years ago with the goal of
awakening the American people to the fraud and corruption that has
overtaken our Republic and our courts. Even Justice Edith Jones of
the 3rd Circuit Court of Appeals stated in an address to Harvard law
students, that we no longer have any courts, they are corrupt and are
gone to us.
I know that some people feel we should submit to authority and
sort it out afterwards. I thank God that Moses did not submit to
Pharoah, that Joseph and Mary did not submit to Herod, that our
founding fathers did not submit to King George.
Article 10 of the New Hampshire Constitution, entitled "Right of
Revolution" states, "The doctrine of nonresistance against arbitrary
power, and oppression, is absurd, slavish, and destructive of the good
and happiness of mankind."
Our country was founded on civil disobedience. My husband and I
are being sentenced to life in prison for nothing more thatn resisting
that arbitrary power and oppression, for civil disobedience, for
daring to challenge and to question this massive government. No one
has been harmed by us, no one has been threatened by us.
This fraud is aided and abetted by an equally corrpt media.
Margo Sanger-Katz of the Concord Monitor, has repeatedly written that
we were convicted of hiding money to avoid income tax, and of money
laundering. She was told time and again that the statements are
false, yet she persisted. But the biggest lie of all was heard by me
this very morning while waiting to be brought here, by Shaun McDonlad
of WMUR-TV, when he said we were convicted of attempting to kill FBI
agents. Where did that total fabrication come from? Well, Shaun and
Morgo, you shoud hang your heads in shame. You actions go far beyond
irresponsible journalism: your activities are criminal.
Our state motto is "Live Free or Die," which is exactly what we
proclaimed over and over during our resistance. More and more the
American people are being subjected to a tyrannical government out of
control. Edmund Burke said, in the 1700's, "All that is needed for
eivl to abound, is for good men to do nothing." Those Americans who
choose to do something are held in ridicue, are vilified, and
assaulted in order to dissuade and intinmidate more good men from
acting.
I do not consent to the judgment of this court; I do not consent
to this sentencing, or to any fines, punishments, pains, or penalties.
I do not submit; I will never submit. And I will continue to expose
the lies, fraud, and corruption, even from prison. I will always
resist.
What you do to me does not matter. I am 68 years old, I haven't
may years left in this life. But I have no doubt that my husband and
I will spend eternity in God's Kingdom along with others who have
fought tyranny and oppression in the name of freedom and
righteousness.

Since our last communcation, I too have received a letter from
Ed. He is back at Strafford after his thirty day stint at Ft Devens
psyche evaluation. He sounded well, seemed in good spirits,
considering he told me a bit about the conditions there and of an
incident of a near suicide by an inmate who attempted to hang himself.
but was rescued by other inmates only later to be assaulted by another
inmate with a padlock filled sock.
Ed stated he caught the flu but passed through it in five day.
He's exercising and running given the opportunity. It sounds like
your hubby is in pretty good shape.
Elaine, I read your Allocution statement made by you at your
sentencing. It looks like you covered all the bases required to demand
that a fraudulent federal court set you free for their lack or proof
of establishing jurisdiction over you and Ed, two non-subjects of the
Corporate federal government.
Judges like SINGAL have made a mockery of our American justice
system by thumbing their noses at the Constitution and Common Law by
enveigling unaware souls brought before the bar into entering into
"unlawful" contracts with the court through corrupt and soulless use
of "lawyerly" trickery and deceit. Many Americans who are brought
before the bar are completely unaware of the slick manipulation of
language used by the courts to seduce these countless innocents, such
as yourself and Ed into contracts into self-consenting imprisonment,
all through such fraudulent and unlawful behavior. .
However, they failed with you via your allocution statement in
clarifying your status as a Living, Breathing, Flesh-and-Blood,
Sentient, Natural Woman, espousing your severance with the Juristic
Defendants ELAINE ALICE BROWN AND EDWARD LEWIS BROWN.
If the American People only knew that the fictional corporate courts
have jurisdiction only over their own fictionally government-created
corporate Persons, those called JURISTIC PERSONS by seducing their
consent to contract with them operating as Unconstitutional, limited
jurisdiction Administrative Courts
. Your clearcut statement declaring your lack of consent to the court
establishes unequivocally, your status as a free woman of the
Sovereign People and places you beyond the scope of the limited
sovereignty enjoyed by a limited Administrative Court, an
Unconstitutional Article I court. (No such courts have been authorized
or recognized by the Constitution). However, the People have the
right to unlimited contracting. When they contract/waiver their
rights away, the Contract court OWNS THEM.
I made the same statement of challenge at my Sentencing of Two
Trials, one of which was a trial balloon for the newly passed "Patriot
Act", wherein they charged me with "Simulation of Legal Process"
i.e., PAPER TERRORISM, when I liened members of the OREGON Judiciary,
District Attorney's Office and JOSEPHINE COUNTY SHERIFF's office in an
attempt to hold them accountable for their fraudulent and criminal
behavior.
On more that 20 occasions during the lengthy kangaroo court stint
I underwent, I challenged the OREGON/JOSEPHINE COUNTY CIRCUIT COURT
and prosecuting DISTRICT ATTORNEY'S office to prove its jurisdiction
over this "Living, Breathing, Flesh-and-Blood, Sentient, Natural Man
of the Sovereign People during my false arrest, false imprisonment
ordeal. They did not follow the law which states all proceeding must
be halted until such jurisdiction is proven. The actual acts
committed against me by the JOSEPHINE COUNTY SHERIFF'S OFFICE were and
and continue to be criminal acts of piracy, kidnapping, being held
hostage for the percieved crimes/debts of another, To this very day,
neither the STATE OF OREGON, or COUNTY OF JOSEPHINE have not answered
the JURISDICTIONAL question. What they did do however, IS THROW ME
OUT OF THEIR JAIL after their phony convictions, with no further
courtroom contact with me.
I currently have JUDGE THOMAS M. HULL, in a prior Commercial
Default monetized at $2,000,000.00 and he foolishly has stepped into
his own self made doo doo again thinking he can bluff a Living,
Breathing, Flesh-and-Blood, Sentient, Natural Man of the Sovereign
People into doubting his true estate by confusing himself as a
slave-minded subject of the CORPORATE STATE AND COUNTY.
It was my view Elaine, that your case having such a high
profile/visibility with the American public would shake the very
foundation of the Satanic Intrusion into our Justice System. In my
case, THEY SET ME FREE after two combined protest hunger strikes
amounting to 55 days.. What kind of law do they practice in the
federal courts of New Hampshire, when the same precedents are cited,
yet opposite decisions arise. Must inmates RISK THEIR LIVES to be
heard?
No Elaine, Yours was a trial balloon just as mine was back in
2001, (Cases. 02CR0617 and 03CR0170.) The political climate has
changed considerably since my case and your's/Ed's. Now the Satanic
Infiltrated American Judiciary MUST SCARE THE HELL OUT OF THE AMERICAN
PEOPLE, in order to destroy our Constitutional Republic and grease the
skids toward a NEW WORLD ORDER.
Such is the nature of TYRANNY.
The Solution, NON-RESISTANCE: BOYCOTT, BOYCOTT, BOYCOTT.
Ya'll come by and visit me in Oregon when you and Ed are freed from
your present unlawful and unconstitutional imprisonment. Ya Hear!!!
