anyone looking for viz work with political data?

Hi folks,
I'm new to the list. I've done a few data visualization related
projects, mostly with some network visualization component. Most
recently web-based stuff with Greg Michalec:

http://oilmoney.priceofoil.org

I'm writing because I was contacted by VoteSmart.org , a bi-partisan
political transparency group seeking data visualization / web developer
folks to build some visualization elements into their website. They
want to both make the site more accessible and demonstrate the
capabilities of their API. I can't take the work on right now, but I'm
hoping someone talented will, as I think it is a great project. I can
provide a few more details if anyone is interested.

Hi Skye,

Great work on those sites! Very interesting information and design.

I would be very interested in working with VoteSmart.org. We just
created http://congressspeaks.com which uses the Capitol Words API and
data from the NYT. We've also created visualizations for non-profits
and companies in other sectors.
