NYT article on Processing, visualization

Apparently, when the NY Times isn't busy writing about Portland, they
write about visualization:

Just think what will happen when they discover the Portland Visualization
email list!!  ;-)

The article is purports to talk about visualization tools, but mostly (only?)
discusses the Processing language.  Still, it seemed worth mentioning. 
Seems like Processing would be another good meeting topic.

True that - I'm excited this group will begin meeting again in the fall. Right now a lot of people are visiting family, going on vacation and enjoying the sun. 

I know someone at the Times. Perhaps we can ping him at some point.

There's another good article briefly discussing the origins of Processing on MIT's Technology Review site: http://www.technologyreview.com/computing/23187/?a=f

It's written by John Maeda -- I suspect at least a few of you know who he is. ;~)
