Hey all, Kris and I are going to be closing up shop at The Map Room. I'm moving to Alaska with my family and Kris and his partner are moving to Arkansas. We are looking at the end of October for the last sessions. We'll be selling lots of gear and lists of that will follow when the time gets closer. Till then hit us up if you want any final sessions. If you're interested in taking over the space after we depart then let me know. A couple people have expressed interest already and if enough people came together we'd be so happy to see the space continue in your hands. The build out would just come with it and we'd only ask for something very reasonable for the acoustic treatment and cabling. It's been a great run, 17+ years! We're both excited for our next chapters but we'll miss being a daily part of the music community here. Thanks for all you do to make this city so vibrant.

Best,
Josh
