So, this raises the question:
What should we do for Post-GIS day?
😄
That would be Nov 18th...

I'm happy to fire up a Zoom session if people want to gather virtually... I teach until 6 that day, but I can make someone else the co-host if we want to start earlier...
Cheers,
Percy

Please join us this year for a series of events to celebrate GIS Day 2021

On GIS Day we will host a presentation & social (virtually) - same fun, different modality.  The presentation, Cartographic Chaos, will be a series of fast-paced, 5-minute lightning talks from several contributors to the new Upper Left Cities: Cultural Atlas.

Other events throughout the week include a Humanitarian Mapathon and two-part Mapbox for GIS workshop.

Check out the GIS Day PDX website for details: https://christinafriedle.wixsite.com/gisdaypdx

All events are FREE, open to the public, and require registration (links on the website).  Please spread the word and share with others!
