Looks like the big exception is the Taxlots DB.
The one piece of the RLIS catalog that still requires an access fee is tax

I just wanted to clarify that we do have a public version of the taxlots that is open data, here:https://rlisdiscovery.oregonmetro.gov/datasets/drcMetro::taxlots-public/about
The only attributes we protect with a paywall for privacy are related to the individual owners/taxpayers.
