We have 10 tables ready for our sponsors - there are some 5' and 6' foot tables available and this year we have tables set up on both sides of the room (where the presentation is held) so that there is a little more space to navigate through all the tables. Tables will be the only things we have available for all the sponsors, so please bring all the things you need for your display and/or activity. I already suggested that one group bring an extension cord/surge protector because I am not 100% sure where the outlets are relative to each table.
Set-up time is between 5-6pm. The event starts at 6pm. We have volunteers that will be there during that time to help with setup, so don't be shy to ask people for help if you need it - that's what they are there for!
