I wish I knew the artist -- I'd like to shake their hand! I have several friends who have gotten tattoos of it.

The image I used on the flyer is a rather clumsily vectorized version of one I found about 10 years ago, when I first started doing Day of the Dead events. Google Image turns up a couple different versions of it, but they're pretty pixelated and low-res. Here's an unusually good version:

If I remember my art history correctly, the dancing skeleton was one
of many created by Hans Holbein, a 17th century artist. He did many
more that are in book form. Also did a very cool drumming skeketon and
an albhabet. Good luck, analee
