Hi cocoaheads -
I am the sole iOS developer at Columbia Sportswear. I work in the Marketing department out of our HQ in Beaverton, and build apps both for the app store and for the enterprise. I've recently been working on an iPad based Kiosk app for a three-month pop-up-shop style promotional tour Columbia is running to introduce a new product line. The kiosk app is very straightforward, basically a pair of standard UICollectionViews embedded in a custom Container ViewController, with a CoreData datasource. It is networked via internal cellular or over wifi via a mifi router to support a store locator using MapKit, send SMS messages to users with store and product information (AFNetworking/Nexmo.com), and submit contest entries to a restful web service api (AFNetworking/Parse.com).
The tour (and the kiosk app) go live on April 1. The problem is that I leave on March 29th for 17 days in the Gulf of Thailand.
While I don't anticipate any problems, I'm looking for a developer who can brief in on this project and be available in case there are any issues with the app while I am out of the country. I'd also like to develop a continuing relationship with a developer to assist in additional future projects.
Shoot me an email if interested.
Thanks -
Jk
