Once again it's NSCoder PDX--Where you can code (and/or drink/eat) and bounce questions off your peers:
Place: Produce Row (reopened!)
204 SE Oak St
corner of SE 2nd and SE Oak, near MLK/Stark, and Portland Streetcar (which is currently not operating) and multiple bus lines
And a short walk over the Morrison or Burnside bridges from downtown

Date/Time: Tuesday
28 July 2015
6:30PM-whenever you've had enough
No formal presentation (you don't have to participate in the "Informal Discussion" if you're working on something else), no "leader" (cats don't need herding…), just a gathering of people hanging out, coding, and bouncing ideas off each other.
Great beer, food, plenty of electricity, and Wi-Fi (although see the Topic of the Week…).
Join us, and if you can, bring a notebook/laptop and code to work on... If not, you can still come and chat, and enjoy the wonder that is Produce Row, a landmark in Portland for 40 years: great beverages (much more than just beer), great food, and minors welcome
I had considered moving NSCoder to Produce Row several months ago, but then they sadly closed. But now they are reopened, with more room, less noise, more outside/inside choices, and better WiFi than we’ve had in the past at other locations.
"Informal Discussion Topic(s)" of the week:
Timely:
I looked around at several new places for NSCoder, and am happiest with Produce Row. If others have any input, I’m all ears.
Ongoing:
1. The NSCoder immediately preceding and following CocoaHeads could be germane to the most recent CocoaHeads discussion topic. For those that went last time, or want to prepare us for the next one we would love to hear about it!
Any questions, let me know
Scott
How to find me: If you see someone with a 17” MacBookPro (oh how I love the non-glare screen), come over and say “Hi Scott”. If you don’t, text me
cell:
(503) 781-0781
Of the 3 people that showed up last week, one left just a few seconds before I got there (according to the bartender). If you don’t see me, text me!
Yes, this is another NSCoder falling right in front of a CocoaHeads. I blame Janine...
