Hey folks,
Just passing along this annual message of transit, hiking, bliss, and
how to get involved. Feedback from past years is that these are really
fun.

Hello,
I wanted to let you know about our upcoming Transit to Trailhead hikes
with Friends of the Columbia Gorge during the fall season. Please join
us! It is an absolutely beautiful time to view the fall foliage atop
Cape Horn and Beacon Rock. You can register online by clicking the
link below.

Friday, October 1: Transit to Trailhead: Cape Horn Loop, WA
Moderate: 6.8 mi., 1630 elev. gain
Catch public transit from Portland with hike leader Scott Parker and
ride clear to the Cape Horn trailhead without cars. Fall foliage
enhances spectacular views from Cape Horn.
