JD:

a. Establish SOW for this year with the understanding that this person would be eligible for hire after 6-months

80% management, 20% hands-on

(managing blockers, POC, thought leadership)

Technical Skillset

a. Java, AWS, Apache Spark

b. Database: Mongo, Postgres, Kafka

c. Should be language agnostic, can pick up anything (need to be able to evolve with changing tech stack + AI literate)

Soft Skills

a. Multiple teams to manage

b. 3 workstreams underneath this

c. Rapid delivery mindset

a. Under capitation (non-medical payments) workstream
